Mid 20th Century hand painted chalk ware set includes 4 items - 2 shell shaped shelves and 2 exotic oriental looking figures / plaques Two shell shaped shelves each measures 13 inches tall 8 inches wide, the shelf itself measures 7 inches. Both shelves have wire hangers attached. Both shelves are it outstanding condition. Figure one - Man with sword and basket is stamped "Copyright symbol M. A. Co. 56" Back of head are shows fine hairlines difficult to see but they do exist, see photo. Both figures have wire hangers for hanging or can sit on the shelves. Figure two - Lady with basket is marked "Copyright symbol M. A. Co. 56". Lady figure has a brown discoloration mark on leg, see photo.
